The electricity price is calculated from the referenced quarter-hour “Day-Ahead Prices”, and the gas price is calculated from the “Gas Daily Balancing Price”.

Electricity tariffs – DK1: 41 + 74 DKK/MWh in Denmark.
Electric-boiler efficiency: 99%.
Gas-boiler efficiency: 89%.
CO₂ levy: 1.922 DKK/Nm³ with zero refund factor in Denmark.

When the Accumulation Tank option is enabled, a thermal storage capacity of 58 MWh is assumed, corresponding to a tank volume of 1,000 m³.

The selected heat demand is applied uniformly. “12 hours” means 06:00–18:00; “24 hours” means the full day.
